Redress Review
Dear Sir or Madam,
On 26 August Communities and Local Government announced a redress review http://www.communities.gov.uk/news/corpo...
Please provide copies of the terms of reference, and also selection criteria for the review team.
Please additionally identify if the Minister and their Department actually sought to obtain a consumer response, and if they are aware of what appear to be the failings of KETTERING Council to meet the law under Freedom of Information and additionally the Codes of Conduct of the Secretary of State and Lord Chancellor related to these, and if they were aware of these problems prior to apponting the CEO of KETTERING to the position of Chair of the Review.
