Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

It has come to my knowledge that In or around 1933 it was decided to remove all substance backed money out of circulation from the public venue this made it impossible for anyone to pay their debts ! What legislation did the government pass to remedy this inability ? Allowing debts to be settled set off or discharged?
