I am writing in response to your e-mail in which you ask for the name of
the solicitor who filed this bankruptcy petition.

As previously advised, the petition was filed on the Council’s behalf by
Wilkin Chapman LLP; it is the LLP and not any individual who has conduct
of the case. The Council will not provide the specific name of the
solicitor; the name of an individual is their personal data by which they
could be identified by any member of the public. This is in accordance
