The College is currently closed due to the restrictions placed by the UK
Government.  As such we will not be in a position to undertake FOI
requests until we re-open.  We anticipate that to be currently from the
20th of April 2020.  Although this date may be extended based on UK
Government Guidance.  We will acknowledge your request upon re-opening and
will then reply within the terms of the act (20 working days).  Please
refer to ICO guidance on this matter - and their commitment to not enforce
organizations during this unprecedented period.

Please also provide the total spend for permanent recruitment at the
