Dear Dr Mukherjee,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request (our ref 228). Please
find below our response:

In regards to the post of "interim tri-borough CQC prep role" please could
you inform:

1.       What consultation process was followed to create this post?

Response: There was a vacancy at the Trust in the run up to an impending
CQC visit and with a live transformation programme underway. There was a
short term ( approximately 4 weeks) requirement for additional capacity
and a management decision was made to use agency staff member that had
existing knowledge of the system to undertake this role for 4 weeks. In
these circumstances, we would not typically undertake a formal
consultation.

2.       When did such a consultation occur?

Response: There was no consultation as this was a post for one month.

3.       What is the salary of the person undertaking such a post?

Response: Remuneration was agreed to reflect the experience and the
existing grade of the agency staff.

4.       How many applications were received for this post in 2019?

Response: As has been noted above, we sourced additional capacity through
an agency. Agencies typically use digital media and their own data bases
to source candidates.

5.       Were agency/ non -substantive allowed to apply for this post?

Response: see above

If yes, then which HR policy was followed to allow agency/non-substantive
staff apply for this post?

Response: Please see above
