Under the Freedom of Information Act we are required to reply within 20
working days. The Act does not specify a limit to the number of
information requests a public authority may receive or the number of
requests or questions an applicant may submit.  However, there are

Having completed enquiries within Essex Police and in respect of Section
1(1)(a), Essex Police does hold information relating to your request,
Essex Police can confirm in respect of Section 1(1)(b) the below data.

 

Essex Police uses a Managed Service for Vehicle Recovery services, where
The Automobile Association Developments Limited (AADL) is the main
contractor.  Before the contract started, AADL advertised in local press
for operators for the Essex Police scheme and undertook a tender process
to identify suitable operators that met the requirements.  Operators that
were successful are sub-contractors to AADL; they do not contract directly
with Essex Police.  

Essex Police deal with the following sub-contractors through AADL
