Can you please provide me the following details from the records which you hold under The Licensing Act 2003:-

A full list of all premises who have the sale of alcohol by retail on their premises. The list needs to contain the following:

Premises Name
Premises Licence Holders Name
Full Postal Address
Telephone number for Premise
Designated Premises Supervisors Name

Requested Format:
Please provide this information in spread sheet (.xls) format. If you cannot supply the information in this format please can you explain why.

Unfortunately, I cannot see anything in red from your recent response.

However, if you look at my What Do They Know Account you will see responses from over twenty other local authorities who have provided the same information requested.

May I also remind when considering your response, my requested is made under section 11 (1A) of the act.
