Dear Birmingham City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Birmingham City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Records held under The Licensing Act 2003'.

Thank you for your recent response which I would like to appeal.

When responding I would also be grateful if you would clarify why you cannot provide the information in an excel format (You had explained that you do not store it in Excel and not answered the full question).

To assist in your decision I would refer you to 20 responses I have received from other Local Authorities recently who have provided this information without question.
