Recording of psychological injury
Dear South Wales Police,
Could you please provide copies of your policy and procedure for recording psychological injuries on duty for (i) police officers (ii) police staff for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018?

Thanks for the documents, other than the OH overview none of them address the questions that were posed and as you will note they all refer to physical injury recording not psychological injury recording.
Please confirm that South Wales Police accept RIDDOR reporting for psychological injuries or alternatively reconsider your response
