Dear Prof Ashenden,

 

Further to your FOI request below, I am advised as follows:-

 

You request a copy of the recording of the Corporate Scrutiny Committee
meeting on 13.7.18  -  recordings are made merely as an aide for the
Committee Clerk to take the minutes of meetings and once the minutes have
been accepted the recording is deleted.  The Committee accepted these
minutes on the 12 September 2018.

 

Therefore for the purpose of Section 1 FOIA 2000 the requested information
is not held.

 

The minutes have been published and are available on the Council's website

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of this response to your request
for information, and / or the decision made to withhold information, you
