Dear Enfield Council,

EN3 5XB

CONSTANT UNABATED NOISE POLLUTION : St Heller Hall

The above named hall is a constant noise nuisance and the council are
unable to understand the concept of noise pollution. Accordingly, a 'mere
volunteer' of the council mark bellas, claims to have a highly detailed
decibel recording data-sheet (court standard evidence) over the last six
months detailing the lack of noise from this hall. I wish to have sight of
this data sheet in its form as evidence before court, October 13th 2014.
Should you require clarification as to the existence of these data-sheets
, bellas has made a sworn declaration as to their proof and existence - so
finding them should be VERY straightforward.

I look forward to hearing all about this one...
