Dear Jim Dunn,

Thank you but I was not asking about tenants and residents associations, but about specific ones for leaseholders for which there is provision in law. Please consult with your leasehold management team and see if they have a list.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Wright

Hi Peter,

All of our Tenants' and Residents' Associations have tenants and leaseholders within them. They are multi-tenure groups. There are no "leaseholder specific" residents associations as such. All of our residents' associations are formed by resident's requests and leads received by our team, from other departments.

We do run a leaseholder specific forum which meets on a quarterly basis. However, this is not a resident led forum. It is run by our team.

I hope that this clarifies the situation for you?

Regards,

Jim
