Dear County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service,

A couple of questions regarding the following the Apprenticeship recruitment tests and the Wholetime tests.

1. How much was paid to Apollo ADC (UK) for the process?
2. If there was suppose to be a bank of 1000 questions for both the behavioural and situational judgemental scenarios why were these the same ones that have been used for the Wholetime and the Apprenticeship.
3. Break down of how many applicants for the the Apprenticeship recruitment in 2018, down to how many passed the the behavioural and the situational judgement.

Yours faithfully,
David Smith

We pay Apollo £10K for an annual licence. This allows us unlimited use of the system which we use for multiple recruitment processes.
