Reason for boundary change of proposed SINC site NSP S8: Greendale Playing Field.

The request was successful.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:
Copies of all information (including emails and meeting notes or currently unpublished minutes) the Council hold whether through officers or members - and between the Council and other bodies with regard to the boundary change for proposed SINC site NSP S8: Greendale Playing Field.

Page 11 of the “New Southwark Plan Preferred Option, Appendix 5, New and amended Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINCs)” shows the boundary as omitting to include Greendale Artificial Playing Pitch (OS129) whereas a previous, undated map with the ocument name “N32_OS128_Greendale_play_field.pdf” shows the boundary as including the Greendale Artificial Playing Pitch (OS129).

Please provide this information in the form of Word documents, maps or pdfs. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under your Section 16 obligations, as to how I can refine my request to be included in the scope of the Act. In any case, if you can identify ways that my request could be refined please provide further advice and assistance to indicate this.

I look forward to your response within 20 working days, as stipulated by the Act.

If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact me via email and I will be happy to clarify what I am asking for.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Warren
