Dear The Financial Conduct Authority,

I. Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee request your attention for an Internal Review of you for failing to provide a response within the reasonable period of time, whilst at the time i had made a request I didn't write down the Section 113 and 118 of the Planning Act 2008. Since I had been told by a High Court Judge some years ago that there was a body which deals with those complaints.

1. It appears that you have failed to obey the Order of the High Court whilst I do have the Legal Right to Apply for permission of the High Court and the matter should be heard in the Divisional Court before not less than two or Three Judges.

2. You will have to apply for permission of the Court for Extension of time since the time limit has expired for more than six weeks from the date the Statutory Instrument 1995 no 297 had been enacted.

4. You have a Statutory Duty to investigate under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and you have failed to carry out your duties when you are required to.

5. By reporting a crime to the police and to your office doesn't mean that my complaints are Vexatious that I have been classified as a Vexatious Litigant and the Vexatious Litigant order does not restrict me from taking criminal proceedings.

Yours faithfully,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Dear Mr Bhamjee

We refer to your email below, in which you have asked for an internal review. However, as we have not considered a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("the Act"), we are unable to proceed with an internal review. As explained in our earlier correspondence, until you provide full clarification of what information you are seeking from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are unable to proceed. As you may be aware, the FCA is the conduct regulator for financial services firms and financial markets in the UK so would not have been involved in the case you are referring to.

You may wish to contact the Rossendale Borough Council to see if they can assist you with the information you are seeking.

Yours sincerely
