Dear C Barnard,

I refer to your email dated the 25th May 2016, I believe that you do have the reasonable access to the Judgments given in the House of Lords and now the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.

1. In one of the Judgment given in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom in the Kennedy Case, The Supreme Court Judgment had stated that there is a Legal Right to make an Application by way of Judicial Review.

2. I have received your Email very late, I request that you provide me with the Name of the Head of the Legal Services Department, The Address for Service, tell and Fax Number, Since I have the Legal Right to make an Application or Claim Form for an Injunction Order under Section 37 of the Senior Courts Act 1981, where I shall have to include the City of Westminster Council. Since I am a Victim of Crime, where I am now prepared to make an Application for Permission of the High Court Judge under the Criminal Procedure Rules as amended for a Volunteer Bill of Indictment under Section 2 of the Administration of Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1933 and the 1915 Act. You do have the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 Repeal Schedules.

Yours sincerely,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee

Dear T Holden,

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee request for an Internal Review against the decision made by C. Barnard.

There are just to many parliament Acts and Statutory Instruments issued in the United Kingdom, where there is a Legal Right to make a request outside the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Since there is a Judgment given in the High Court of Justice that Disclosure Order can be made in Judicial Review Proceedings.

The Local Government and Planning Act 1980 Section 2, This does require the Local Authority to publish information on their Web Site, whilst there is a Statutory Instrument issued that the Local Authority should publish information of the amount of money they have spent of more than £500-00 and when instructing a Firm of Solicitor, there must be some amount which has been spent, since the Documents they are holding are on behalf of the Council, as the Council does have the Legal Right to Change a Firm of Solicitor, whilst there are Direct Access Barrister who does provide services direct-

I believe that the decision is perverse, even if the Statutory Instruments have been published on the HMSO Legislation, they are not printed and published as amended whilst there are some changes that have been made.

There is a Judgment given in the House of Lords and the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom that Advocates have no Immunity whether Civil or Criminal Proceedings,
and Accountants are not immune from any Legal Proceedings which was a Leap Frog Appeal from the High Court of Justice Judgment given before Mr Justice Blake.

I have checked the City of Westminster Planning Decisions, where I have been unable to find decisions made under Section 32 of TCPA 1971 or under Section 73A of TCPA 1990.

I thank you in advance and wait to hear from you

Yours sincerely,

Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee
