Dear Duchy of Lancaster,

I, Ismail Abdulhai Bhamjee of 196 Tiptree Crescent, Ilford, Essex IG5 0ST, do hereby make a complaint and request your attention and consideration that:-

1. You do have the Statutory Instrument 2015 No 1897 which came into force on the 9th December 2015 where under Article 3 Functions of the Secretary of State to be exercisable concurrently with the Chancellor of the Duchy. (2) The Provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 referred to in paragraph (1).
(d) Section 75 (1) power to amend or repeal enactments prohibiting disclosure of Information.

2. There is Section 90, 91 and 92 of the Building Act 1984, where any person can inspect and obtain copies from any local Authority which isn't being considered by the Local Authorities.

3. There is Section 32, 63 (1) and 78 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, where section 32 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, You do have the numbers of Applications which have been refused by the Information Commissioner's Office, and before the Court of Laws, where this does require your attention to make some amendments, and changes to be combined application with the Public Records Office Act 1958.

4. Costs for Litigants in Persons under the Litigants in Persons Act 1975,
When the Public Authority has acted unlawfully, the Information Commissioner doesn't have the Power to make an Order for Costs, as the Inspector from the Planning Inspectorate Appeals Office does have the Power to make a Costs Order under the Local Government Act 1972 Section 250.

5. You do have the Building Act 1984 Section 90, 91 and 92, since my requests does differ with the Decisions of Alan Dransfield Versus the Information Commissioner's Office.

6. Do you have the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975 Schedule 1 Provisions applying to certain Ministers and Their Departments- The Minister shall take Oath of Allegiance, and the Official Oath, and the Promissory Oaths Act 1868 shall have affect as if the name of the Minister were included in part 1 of the Schedule to that Act.

7. The Law Officers in the HM Attorney General Chambers have failed to obey the Crime and Courts Act 2013 Schedule 9, Schedule 10.
