I do not have a copy of Butterworths Stone's Justice Manual Volume 2 of 2006. Copies of such publications can be obtained from large libraries or the British Library.

2. Do you have the decision given on the 4th September 1998 in the High Court of Justice Administrative Court before the Deputy High Court Judge Mr Robin Purchas Q. C. sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge in the case of I'm your Man Limited Versus Secretary of State for the Environment.

I do not have a copy of that decision. I suggest you contact the High Court, or if the decision was published consult the All England Law Reports.

No comment as you have not asked a question.

The Documentary Evidence Act 1968 is still in force and as far as it is relevant it is applicable.

4. On the 25th October 2000 in the High Court of Justice Administrative Court, Was David Elvin QC sitting as a Judge of the Administrative Court or He was representing the Secretary of State for Environment Transport and the Region.

I do not have this information and suggest you contact the relevant court which may be able to tell you.

5. Do you have the Encyclopedia of Planning Law and Practice Volume 3 which has published the Human Rights Act 1998, as my copy is either outdated for the year 2001 which was published in April 2001.

No. As above I suggest you try a good library.

6. Do you have the United Nations and Decolonization; Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples
