RE: Need Price for Active Road Studs – Solar Powered and or Hardwired

The request was successful.

Dear North Yorkshire County Council,

In brief I am the inventor of a device that illuminates road markings, Cyclops Road Studs Ltd with a UK granted patent and further granted patents globally.

We are now in talks with some investors who have expressed interest in our device, but we need to demonstrate what the market for active road studs are in the UK.

Can you please tell me:
How much you pay for active road studs plus the installation cost?
Solar Powered and or Hardwired types and if possible the type you prefer to use?

Yours faithfully,

Thomas Barker

Dear Mr Barker,

I refer to your recent Freedom of Information (FOI) request regarding
“active” road studs. You asked

Can you please tell me:

How much you pay for active road studs plus the installation cost?

Solar Powered and or Hardwired types and if possible the type you prefer
to use?

Response:

I can confirm there are no “active” studs currently within North
Yorkshire.

Kind regards

Anita Walls
