Gwrthodwyd y cais gan Police Service of Northern Ireland.

Dear Police Service of Northern Ireland,

In Feb 2007 I was a witness to a pervert doing a sex act in his van at KFC car park in Carrickfergus. This man was subsequently arrested and admitted his guilt to this offence but was only given a disgraceful caution which I am very angry about.

I would like to know if this man was put on to the sex offender's register and if not why not?

I am now attending counselling sessions because I'm suffering PTSD because of this incident and several other sex incidents that have happened to myself which the PSNI are aware of.

I would like the answers to my questions to try and help me bring about some sort of closure to this ordeal as I am very unhappy with how I the victim of a sex crime have even treated by the PSNI!

Yours faithfully,

Diane Taylor

Dear Police Service of Northern Ireland,

I didn't expect any other reply from yourselves other than what you have sent to me.

If i so wished to I could release the name of this pervert into the public domain and the details of his perverted act.

No doubt though this pervert will go on to do another sex crime against another innocent victim.

When the time is right I will decide what action is necessary!

Yours faithfully

Diane Taylor
