Dear Information Officer,

Thank you for this information my appologies I now understand Mr. Prosser was with Park Lane and not part of HBC.

I am still awaiting other information in regard to the translocation licenses and the number of native Anguis fragilis. and monitoring records from donour site and from receptor site As HBC was responsible for the Planning Control and enforcement . The case officer I have now been told was Mrs Philips .

Yours sincerely,

CEO Mr Newbold
