Dear Cardiff University,
Thanks again for your excellent, in-depth response to my request for information (FOI21-033). I'd like to clarify a couple of points within the supplementary notes of the response.
1. Am I correct in understanding from your notes that the Disclosure Response Team was launched in October 2017, and that prior to this no dedicated complaints department or centralised statistics for sexual misconduct complaints exist?
2. What is the name of the panel/ committee/ department responsible for overseeing the decisions pertaining to "outcomes" and staff/ student expulsions? Please include all relevant bodies since 2000.
3. May I have the University's definition of "Unwanted sexual contact", "Sexual assault", and "Rape"?
Please can you provide your response in a PDF format for ease of accessibility.
Thank you in advance for your time.
