Dear Department of Health (Northern Ireland),

Pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, and/or the Equality Act please provide all material and/or evidence, which the Department considered and/or relied upon in reaching the decision to issue a recommendation to the NI Executive to introduce domestic Covid passports.

Please also provide all research into the efficacy of domestic Covid passports, including any comparative research into the efficacy of domestic Covid passports in other jurisdictions, in particular the Republic of Ireland.

Please provide this in either paper or electronic form (at your discretion) within 20 days.

I would confirm that I shall pay such reasonable fees you may incur in complying with this request as may be prescribed by legislation.
