Commercial properties with a rateable value above £2,000 and below
£50,000 who are eligible for,but not currently receiving, Retail
Rate Relief in an Excel or CSV Spreadsheet.
Please also include the Property Description, rateable value and
name of ratepayer.

I am responding to your request for information held by the Council under
the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide a complete list of addresses and rateable values of
Commercial properties with a rateable value above £2,000 and below £50,000
who are eligible for,but not currently receiving, Retail Rate Relief in an
Excel or CSV Spreadsheet.
Please also include the Property Description, rateable value and name of

This has been referred to an appropriate officer, who has provided the
following data in order to answer your enquiry.
The reports are attached please note the following
- I have attached 2 reports I properties in receipt of retail
relief and the other all properties the customer can match on the property
ref to find out which are not in receipt of retail relief.
- I am not in a position to say if any customers will be eligible
for retail relief as this would mean a manual check of each account and
this would take us over the 18 hour limit and there would then be a charge
for this.
If you are not satisfied with this response you may ask for an internal
