Dear Mr Davis

Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Request for Information

I am responding to your request for information held by the Council under
the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide a complete list of addresses and rateable values of

This has been referred to an appropriate officer, who has provided the
following data in order to answer your enquiry.

The reports are attached please note the following

-          I have attached 2 reports I properties in receipt of retail
relief and the other all properties the customer can match on the property
ref to find out which are not in receipt of retail relief.

-          I am not in a position to say if any customers will be eligible
for retail relief as this would mean a manual check of each account and
this would take us over the 18 hour limit and there would then be a charge
for this.
