The University has not been able to give the exact counts of five or less.
This information is exempt under section 40(2) of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 as disclosure of this information would breach one of
the data protection principles; if linked with other personal identifiers
in the public domain, it would be likely to become personal data and
subsequently identify an individual. The University has inserted a Less
than five (<5) value where applicable.

 

If the information is held, please list the race/ nationality of the
complainants.

Although the University does hold the information requested it will not
supply it to you because this information is exempt under Section 40
(Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information Act and is therefore
being withheld. Due to the very small numbers of individuals, disclosing
ethnicity could potentially identify an individual case. This information
is exempt under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as
disclosure of this information would breach one of the
data protection principles; if linked with other personal identifiers in
the public domain, it would be likely to become personal data and
subsequently identify an individual.

 

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request for
information, you have a right under Section 50 of the Freedom of
Information Act to ask the University to review it; however, you must do
so within 40 working days of the date of this response. Your request
should include our reference number and explain the reason for requesting
