Query numebr of pedestrians injured or killed by cyclists non-premissive footpaths and pavements since 2017

Dear Department for Transport,

Please provide me, if possible, with the data regarding the following questions.
1 How many pedestrians have been killed following a collision with a cyclist over the age of 10 riding illegally on a pavement (next to a road) since 2017?
i. What were the age range percentages of these pedestrian victims: children under 10, adolescents 11 -17, young adults 18-24, adults 25-64, adults over 65?
ii. Did any of these pedestrian victims have a pre-existing visible disability, e.g. a mobility difficulty, or a hidden disability, e.g. was blind, was deaf, or had a hearing or sight impairment etc.?
iii. What age range did the majority of the alleged offending cyclists belong to: adolescents 11 -17, young adults 19-24, adults 25-64, adults over 65?
2 How many pedestrians have been seriously injured following a collision with an unidentifiable cyclist, over the age of 10, riding illegally on a pavement (next to a road) since 2017?
i. How many of these pedestrian casualties were caused life changing injuries?
ii. What are the age range percentages of these pedestrian casualties: children under 10, adolescents 11 -17, young adults 19-24, adults 25-60, adults 61-74, adults over 75?
iii. Did any of these pedestrian casualties have a pre-existing visible disability, e.g. a mobility difficulty, or a hidden disability, e.g. blind, deaf, or has a hearing or sight impairment etc.
iv. What age range did the majority of the alleged offending cyclists belong to: adolescents 11 -17, young adults 19-24, adults 25-64, adults over 65?

3 How many pedestrians have reported or complained to the police or their local authority that they have suffered minor injuries, requiring first aid or medical treatment, e.g. a trip to A&E or GP, following a collision with an unidentifiable cyclist over the age of 10 riding illegally on a pavement (next to a road) since 2017?
i. What are the age range percentages of these pedestrian complainants: children under 10, adolescents 11 -18, young adults 19-25, adults 25-60, adults over 61?
ii. Did any of these pedestrian casualties have a pre-existing visible disability, e.g. a mobility difficulty, or a hidden disability, e.g. blind, deaf, or a hearing or sight impairment etc.
iii. If known, what are the estimated age range percentages of the alleged offending cyclists: adolescents 11 -17, young adults 18-25, adults 25-60, adults over 61?

4 How many pedestrians have been killed following a collision with an unidentifiable cyclist over the age of 10 riding unlawfully on a non-permissive, i.e. signed public FOOTpath (i.e. away from a road) since 2017?
i. What age range did the majority of pedestrian victims belong to: children under 10, adolescents 11 -17, young adults 18-24, adults 25-60, adults over 61?
ii. Were any of these pedestrian victims known to have a visible disability, e.g. a mobility difficulty, or a hidden disability, e.g. was blind, was deaf, or had a hearing or sight impairment etc.?
i. What age range did the majority of the alleged offending cyclists belong to: adolescents 11 -17, young adults 18-25, adults 25-60, adults over 61?

5 How many pedestrians have been seriously injured following a collision with an unidentifiable cyclist over the age of 10 riding unlawfully on a non-permissive; i.e. signed public FOOTpath (away from a road) since 2017?
ii. How many of these pedestrian casualties were caused life changing injuries?
iii. What are the age range percentages of these pedestrian casualties: children under 10, adolescents 11 -17, young adults 18-24, adults 25-60, adults over 61?
iv. Did/do any of these pedestrian casualties have a visible disability, e.g. a mobility difficulty, or a hidden disability, e.g. blind, deaf, or has a hearing or sight impairment etc.?
v. If known what are the age range percentages of the alleged offending cyclists: adolescents 11 -17, young adults 18-25, adults 25-60, adults over 61?
5 How many pedestrians have reported or complained to the police or their local authority that they have suffered minor injuries requiring first-aid or professional medical treatment, e.g. a visit to A&E or GP, following a collision with an unidentifiable cyclist riding unlawfully on a non-permissive signed public FOOTpath (away from a road) since 2017?
i. What are the age range percentages of these pedestrian complainants: children under 10, adolescents 11 -18, young adults 19-25, adults 25-60, adults over 61?
ii. Did/do any of these pedestrian complainants have a visible disability, e.g. a mobility difficulty, or a hidden disability, e.g. blind, deaf, or has a hearing or sight impairment etc.?
iii. If known, what are the age range percentages of the alleged offending cyclists: adolescents 11 -17, young adults 18-25, adults 25-60, adults over 61?
6 How many local authorities in England have asserted their powers under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act (2014) to implement restrictions or ban access to all cyclists on any non-permissive footpaths on/through public land (away from roads) to protect vulnerable pedestrians?
