Dear Sir/Madam

In relation to Queensbury Tunnel (HQU/3D), could you please provide me with -
• Updated documentation regarding your Phase 1 abandonment works, including but not limited to plans/drawings/method statement/risk assessment/overview of likely environmental impact
(Please note, the information provided in response to my similar previous request related to “RamArch works only” and specified a programme end date of 2 Nov 2018. This request is primarily seeking information regarding the provision of “a safe working zone throughout the tunnel” (see HE statement to Bradford’s Telegraph & Argus newspaper, 4/12/18) and dewatering arrangements.)
• The updated cost of Phase 1, or best estimate thereof
• All consents obtained/held by Highways England for the discharge of water from Queensbury Tunnel into local watercourses, and any associated conditions.

Could you also provide individual costs for the following items, or best estimates thereof -
• All legal action taken against the landowner at the south end of the tunnel
• Design of the pumping station at the south end of the tunnel
• Installation of the pumping station at the south end of the tunnel
• Production of the Queensbury Tunnel Options Report (Feb 2016)(Jacobs)
• Production of the Ground Investigation Report (inc works on site)(June 2017)(Jacobs)
• Production of the Ecological Scoping Report (April 2018)(Jacobs)
• Production/preparation of documentation for the Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Request (May 2018)(Jacobs)
• Production of the Coal Mining Risk Assessment (Sept 2018)(Jacobs)
• Drainage investigations in the northern approach cutting (Nov 2018)
• Design of the abandonment works (Jacobs).
