Quails on allotments

The request was successful.

Dear Banbury Town Council,

Considering the Allotment Act allows the keeping of hens on publicly run allotments, does your organisation allow plot holders to keep quail hens?

Yours faithfully,

Richard MacKenzie

Dear Mr Mackenzie

With regard to your Freedom of Information email received today, I can
tell you that the Town Council would have no objection to an allotment
holder keeping quail hens on their allotment plot as long as they still
adhere to the Conditions of Tenancy set out in Paragraph 1 (vii) on the
keeping of hens and/or rabbits.

If you require any further information on this subject please do not
hesitate to contact the offices again on this email address.

Kind regards

Alison Aydin
