Thank you for your request for information about the local authority's
procurement activity for its Education Management System. Your request
was received by the Information Rights Team on 19 December 2022. This is
being dealt with under the terms of the appropriate Information Rights
legislation.

Response: The details of the Council’s intention to purchase an Education
Management System were agreed by Cabinet on 13th December 2022. Cabinet
agreed to “authorise the direct award of a contract under the KCS Y20023
framework to Capita Business Services Ltd for the supply of an Education
Management System to the Council, with a duration of 5 years commencing in
April 2023, which includes scope to allow the Council to purchase further
modules over the duration of the contract.”
