Our response is as follows:

 

Under the FOI Act please provide for the last 12 months:

 

- a list of the  Public Space Protection Orders sought including the
prohibitions requested and the areas covered and reasons for the request

 

No new PSPOs sought during this period.

 

- a list of the  Public Space Protection Orders made including the
prohibitions made the areas covered and reasons for the prohibitions

 

One existing PSPO renewed in July 2019 on identical terms to the previous
one and for the same area – see the attached Order which sets out the
terms and grounds, and attached map of the Woolwich town centre area
covered by the Order.

 

- an analysis of infringements recorded  and fines levied.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your request, you can ask
for an Internal Review.  Internal review requests must be submitted within
two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original
request.  If you wish to do this, please contact us in writing, setting

apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision.
