Dear Slough Borough Council,

Please could you send me the following information:

1) Any consultation strategy or plans around consulting residents and the Parish council about regeneration plans in the Britwell area

2) The dates of all consultation events from 01/01/2010, the minutes of those meetings and details of where these events were advertised. (Please include the Britwell Neighbourhood forum in this)

3) Details of any further consultation events to be held regarding Britwell regeneration and where these events will be advertised

4) Details of any communications distributed in the Britwell regarding regeneration and the results of any follow up reports ensuring that this information was actually received by residents.

5) Details on how representation on Britwell Neighbourhood Board was decided. (i.e. - did the council approach Council tenants only to represent the residents? Were the events publicised to each resident? Was there a voting system for representatives? Etc)
