Dear Info,

You are currently in breach of the law by refusing to respond. Whilst I could ask the Information Commissioner to write a standard template letter to you, what I propose to do is have the matter enforced in court, the costs of which shall be borne by you.

Please respond immediately to this communication

Yours sincerely,

Simon Hoyle

Dear Info,

No, the number of working "Monday to Friday" days which have elapsed between your acknowledgement of my request and today is 22. Minus a bank holiday gives us 21, and tomorrow will bring the total up to 22 again.

The law states that you must respond within 20 working days, and that was yesterday.

Yours sincerely,

Simon Hoyle
