I write to acknowledge your email dated 22/04/2016 requesting information regarding if any of Avon Fire & Rescue Service employees are currently subject to any criminal charges.

Your request will be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and you will receive a response within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, from the date of receipt subject to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third party. Your request for information has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and I can confirm that Avon Fire & Rescue Service does not hold a record of any employees that are currently the subject of criminal charges from the police and therefore advise that we do not hold any of the information that falls within the description of your request.
