Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear UK Debt Management Office,

Background
It is public information that Thurrock Council has the following loans where HM Treasury is the
Lender.
1. Loan 253916, maturing 5 October 2022 for £62.5M
2. Loan 294685, maturing 22 January 2023 for £100M
3. Loan 326627, maturing 1 April 2023 for £75M
4. Loan 377532, maturing 21 July 2023 for £112.5M

Together, the “£350M Loans”. It is my understanding that the Publics Works Loan Commissioners administered the Loans.

Request for information
Please can you provide all paperwork (including emails attaching documents) between Thurrock
Council and the PWLB / Debt Management Office in relation to the application, approval and the funding of the Loans.
I understand there to be a short turnaround time in loan applications, and the unique loan
references and sample size of just 4 should mean this is an efficient request to process.

Yours faithfully,
Mike
