             All the individual policies will have had an EIA undertaken
at inception and will refer to any specific in the policies.

             NHS England is the responsible commissioner for transgender
related healthcare for all ages and also for the Policy that covers mixing
NHS with Private care.

            Please see third attachment.  Please note that NEECCG are
currently reviewing all our policies to bring them in-line with the NHS
People Plan.
