In relation to part 1 of your request please see the attached spread
sheet which contains the relevant information for the financial years
2006/07, 2007/08 and 2008/09. Data for the financial year 2009/10 data is
not available at the present time subject to finalisation of the database
for the year.

I would be grateful if you could provide details of the statistics you provided byway of indicating on what grounds was the behaviour likely to stir up hatred i.e. race (Colour, race, nationality including citizenship or ethnic or national origins), religion, disability etc...
