Proposed Amended Terms of Reference for Shareholders Panel for Council Owned Trading Companies (Report EX/20/19)

We're waiting for Mr Newmark to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Hertsmere Borough Council,

Freedom of Information Act Request

(i) Please supply me with any information held by the Council relating to report EX/20/19 tabled for discussion at the Executive Committee on 15 January 2020. Please include copies of internal correspondence, emails, file notes, details of meetings, records of advice from officers, advice sought from external parties, discussions with the trading companies referred to in the report.

(ii) The report [section 15.1] indicates that the only consultee on the draft was the Head of Legal and Democratic Services. Please confirm that this is correct.

(iii) Details of any specific discussions, correspondence or meetings that resulted in the report effectively removing the current stipulation that the leader of the largest opposition group chair the Shareholders Panel - and the decision not to make this clear in the officer's report.

I look forward to a swift response.

Yours faithfully,

Cllr Jeremy Newmark

Dear Hertsmere Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Hertsmere Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Proposed Amended Terms of Reference for Shareholders Panel for Council Owned Trading Companies (Report EX/20/19)'.

I would like the internal review to consider why:

1. I did not receive a prompt response ?

And

2. I did not receive any response or reason for delay within the 20 working days statutory timeframe?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Cllr Jeremy Newmark

Harvey Patterson, Hertsmere Borough Council
