about the past and current ownership/transaction since 1990 of 4 flats.

 

I can confirm that the HM Land Registry holds this information.

Under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we are not
required to provide information in response to a request if it is already
reasonably accessible to you. Please see

of the current register please use form OC1. For a copy of a historical
register please use [2]form HC1.

Where the register is not available in electronic form your request has
been was dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act
2000. This relates to Flats 16 (NGL338285) and 16A (NGL351184) and the
owners prior to 1991.

S.16 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 carries a duty to provide
advice and assistance. There are a number of titles that affect the
properties you are interested in. I have stated the form you need if you
want to find out the proprietor of those titles.

 

NGL286241 – the Freehold covering all 4 flats. The current owner was
registered in 1976. Use form OC1.

 

NGL772406 – Leasehold covering all 4 flats. 1^st registered in 1999. No
change since then. Use form OC1.

 

NGL855072 – under lease covering all 4 flats. 1^st registered in 2005. No
change since then. Use form OC1.

 

NGL797953 - under lease covering all 4 flats. Current owner registered in
2006. Use form OC1. Previous owner registered in 2001 when the title was
first registered. Use form HC1 quoting edition date 03.05.2001.

 

NGL318503 - under lease covering all 4 flats. 1^st registered in 1977.
Current owner registered in 1979. Use form OC1.

 

NGL338285 - under lease for Flat 16. Current owner registered in 1995. Use
form OC1. Previous owner registered in 1991. Use form HC1 quoting edition
date 09.01.1991. Previous owner to the one in 1991 was registered in
1983. We do not have a copy of the register in the files. However, I can
tell you that the proprietor was Al-Huneif General Trading and Contracting
Company Limited, registered on 15 June 1983.

 

NGL351184 - under lease for Flat 16A. Current owner registered in 1995.
Use form OC1. Previous owner registered in 1991. Use form HC1 quoting
edition date 09.01.1991. Previous owner to the one in 1991 was registered
in 1983. We do not have a copy of the register in the files. However, I
