on.
 
The total money spent by the local authority in the last financial year on
contracts awarded to guardian companies to secure local authority owned
commercial / mixed-use properties occupied by guardians?
 
Could you please specify what you mean by this? Do you mean officer time?
Please give more detial as this is too vague.
