How many different guardian companies are currently being used by the council to protect vacant property?

How many council owned residential properties are occupied by guardians?

How many council owned commercial / mixed-use properties are occupied by guardians?

The total money spent by the local authority in the last financial year on contracts awarded to guardian companies to secure local authority owned residential properties occupied by guardians?

How much revenue was received by the council from contracts where guardian companies occupied council owned property in the last financial year?

Could you please specify what you mean by this? Do you mean officer time?
Please give more detial as this is too vague.

While the residential properties are covered by Barnet Homes I am surprised Barnet have refused the request without any other information on the commercial properties. The Director of Estate Management would have oversight of that area so should have been able to provide at least some information. In addition a similar request was submitted in September 2016 https://barnetportal.icasework.com/servl... (case number 3027296) where they did at least include the name of the Property Guardian company they use (Ad Hoc Property Guardians) details of the properties they guarded and an example guardian contract.
If they could provide that information a year ago why can't they provide it now.
