8 Boulton Cottages
Heybridge
CM9 4AD.
This information should concern all maintenance to the land next to the property owned by Colne Housing, including all references to the foliage next to 8 Boulton cottages and the visits to the vendors of said property over the years from 2004 to 2017.
Please also send me the information pertaining to my requests for visits and conclusions of types of foliage encroaching the boundary between 8 Boulton cottages and this area of land maintained by yourselves. We do have a record of one visit taking place on the 15/1/2018 so look forward to your communications re: that visit. We know there were other earlier visits from yourselves which we would like you to detail.

Dear Heybridge Parish Council,
I sent you a request for information concerning 8 Boulton cottages, Heybridge Cm94ad.
It was concerning foliage and the possibility of Japanese knot weed. You had a member of the council visit the property on the 15 /01/2018, and other occasions .
You should have replied to my request by the 27th April 2021.

Please supply information as requested.

Apologies for not replying to your request. I can confirm the land in question is not owned by Heybridge Parish Council, it is only maintained by them. The registered owners of the land are Colne Housing.

We are fully aware that Colne housing owns the land next to 8 Boulton cottages.
However, the visits we requested regarding foliage were arranged and conducted by Heybridge parish council.
One on 15/ 01/2018. when a representative of heybridge parish council came to the property to conduct a survey of the foliage. Please send us your report regarding this visit a.s.a.p. Plus previous reports of visits to the property by Heybridge Parish council.
