Response By E-mail (Richard Black) (13/07/2019 11.41)
Dear Mr Fraser,

Thank you for your recent correspondence.

Having checked our records I can confirm that an application was lodged
against title WM336901 by Band Hatton Button LLP on 26 June 2017. The
application contained a transfer dated 9 June 2017 made between (1) Rachel
Last and Craig Lawrence Fraser and (2) Rachel Last. The transfer was
executed by Rachel Last and by a District Judge on your behalf.

The transfer was made subject to the existing charge in favour of Coventry
Building Society. Provision for the charge was made at panel 11 of the
transfer. The charge has since been discharged.

A copy of the transfer is held in our files. If you require a copy for
your records you may apply using form OC2. The fee for the application
would be £7.00 and the form can be downloaded via the link below:

Dear Customer Support,

your reply does not make any sense at all,

1] i have never ever been to Court regarding my property, and i have never appointed Band Hatton Button Solicitors to act on my behalf,,

2] if i was selling my property, i would have appointed my own Solicitor, plus, it is usual practice for the Buyer and the Seller, to have their own separate Solicitors,, so i do not know whom you believe that Solicitors Band Hatton Button were representing, because they certainly were not representing myself,, i have never met them,,

3] therefore, i require you to confirm, under my right to freedom of information, who Band Hatton Button Solicitors were acting on behalf of in regard to my property ?

Dear Land Registry,

today,s date is Monday 23rd september 2019,
re, Title Number WM336901, [ 41 Catesby Road, Radford, Coventry, CV6 3EU ],

1] you have failed in your Responsibility and Liability to the Public, to answer to your unproven Publications in regard your change of the Title of my Property,

2] you further published that i did NOT have a Mortgage on my Property, without my knowledge or consent, and again you refuse to answer to the FALSE DATA about My Mortgage, of which the Law required you to Confirm with the Coventry Building Society, PRIOR TO YOUR PUBLICATION, of which you clearly did not do, because i was still paying my Mortgage, which PREVENTS YOU FROM A CHANGE OF TITLE, AND OWNERSHIP,,
this is why you are continually refusing to comply with MY RIGHTS, under THE DATA PROTECTION ACT, by continually refusing to confirm your publication regarding my Mortgage,,

3] your continuing refusal of compliance with my rights against your false data, about my property, of which you published, without notifying me first, will leave you further liable to ULTRA VIRES, [abuse of power ]

Yours faithfully,

Craig Fraser
