Please provide to me documents listed below which pertain to the Live West planned Construction site office on Penbrea Road.
I request:
A copy of the contract with the Contractor, engaged to complete the works. Please redact any commercially sensitive information but include agreed start dates for the Construction site, penalties for breaches of agreement etc.
A copy of communications with Cornwall Council Planning department which confirm that the site has a “planning exemption”
Any and all internal communications from the Project Manager in regard to conversations and engagements with local residents.
