The staff of the University of Glasgow, including the Data Protection &
Freedom of Information Office, are now working off-campus. A number of
staff have also temporarily left their university work and research in
order to help the NHS with the public health crisis. University operations
have been disrupted and this will affect our ability to retrieve data and
respond to requests. 

At this time, we cannot provide definitive guidance on response times. If
your request is time sensitive, and is therefore unlikely to be responded
to within your required timescale, please advise if you wish to suspend or
withdraw your request.

Finally, please be assured that we will endeavour, where possible, to
respond to you as soon as we can.
