Dear Ms Hall,
Thank you for the response.
However when I asked 'how' the advice was procured I was asking for the procurement vehicle/method, not who did it. So please can you tell me how it was procured? It might be it was done using an existing framework agreement, or a digital marketplace, or even an STA. In replying, can you also give enough information so I can find the announcement of the award, please?
Yours sincerely,
Rupert Moss-Eccardt
