Dear Nicola

Thank you for your email requesting an internal review.

I have looked into this matter and it appears that you submitted two FOI requests for River Services and Victoria Coach station. As the questions for both were the same, Customer Services decided to reply under one email and a response was sent on 29 June.

Unfortunately the email address to which we sent our response was incorrect, meaning that you did receive the response. I have pasted a copy of the email that was sent below. You will see that your email address was not entered properly. Customer Services has been made aware of their mistake and they have been asked to take care when entering email addresses.

TfL's failure to provide a response to the right email address within 20 working days means that we have failed to comply with the requirements of the Act though I hope you will recognise that we had a response ready shortly after your request was received.

I hope this information is of assistance. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of this internal review, you can refer the matter to the independent authority responsible for enforcing the Freedom of Information Act at the following address.

Information Commissioner’s Office
Wycliffe House
Water Lane

A complaint form is available on the ICO’s website (www.ico.gov.uk).

Please contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

Yours sincerely
