3a-d. With regard to the question on frameworks, we have two call-off
contracts for Quantity Surveying and Engineering support as detailed
below:

QS call-off contract - North - KLM Partnership - 1 August 2008 - 31 July
2010 with 1 year extension.

QS call-off contract - South, Central - Gardiner & Theobald - 1 August
2008 - 31 July 2010 with 1 year extension.

Engineering call-off contract - W A Fairhurst - 21 August 2008 - 20 August
2010 with 1 year extension.

We have other call-off contracts for construction related support but no
formal frameworks for construction works or consultancies as these tend to
be done on a project basis. The Public Contracts Scotland website provides
information on this type of contract where we have advertised our
requirements - search on Historic Scotland under Contracting Authority.
See link below for access to this website.
