Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the following information.
- The full list of SOR (schedule of rates) codes used for housing repairs & installations.
- Maintenance and Fire Safety Works including Passive Fire Protection.
- Which companies currently carry out repairs & fire remedial works.
I would like the actual SOR ID numbers alongside the description of the code and associated costs.
Please include any associated relevant information to enable me to interpret the information clearly.
I would also like the details of how to become a supplier or join a preferred contractor list and who manages this.
If there are procurement frame works in place, could I have the details of the consultancy company managing this and contact details.

provide it if reasonably practicable to do so. If your request is a
question and we do not hold the answer in recorded form we will try and
provide an answer where we are able unless it requires the creation of new
information.
There may be a fee payable for this information request and we will send
you a Fees Notice if this is the case. Any fee must be paid before the
request is provided. The time between the issue of the Fees Notice and
receipt of payment is excluded from the calculation of the 20 working day
time limit.

Portsmouth City Council does not use schedule of rates, the repairs and
maintenance contract is cost reimbursable for all building maintenance
services. Portsmouth City Council therefore does not hold information
regarding schedule of rates items as this is not applicable to the
Council.
Repairs and fire remedial works are issued to repairs and maintenance
service providers who sub-contract to specialist contractors as
appropriate.
Portsmouth City Council's current suppliers are Mountjoy Ltd and Comserv
(UK) Ltd.
