Thank you for your recent request of 21^st October 2020 to Catalyst
Housing under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.

You have specifically requested the following:

 1. The full list of SOR (schedule of rates) codes used for housing
repairs & installations.
 2. Maintenance and Fire Safety Works including Passive Fire Protection.
 3. Which companies currently carry out repairs & fire remedial works.
 4. I would like the actual SOR ID numbers alongside the description of
the code and associated costs.
 5. Please include any associated relevant information to enable me to
interpret the information clearly.
 6. I would also like the details of how to become a supplier or join a
preferred contractor list and who manages this.
 7. If there are procurement frame works in place, could I have the
details of the consultancy company managing this and contact details.

We regret to inform you that your request has been refused. The reason for
our refusal is that Catalyst Housing Group is not bound by the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 as we are not a designated body as defined under s5
of the Act.
