Procurement of construction consultancy and contractor services

In my request below, when I mention ‘construction consultancy services’ I am referring to Architectural Services, Civil and Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Clerk of Works, Energy and Sustainability Consultancy, Health & Safety Advisory or Principal Designer services, Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Interior Designer and Building Surveying.
Please could you provide me with responses to the following:
1. How you currently procure construction consultancy services, if via a framework(s) can you list the names of the framework(s) used.
2. The total value spent on construction consultancy services in the past 2 years, broken down by year.
3. The names of the suppliers who provided these services, with a percentage break down of the spend by supplier over the period.
4. How you currently procure building contractor services, if via a framework(s) can you list the names of the framework(s) used.
5. The names of the suppliers who provided these services, with a percentage break down of the spend by supplier over the period.
6. Which suppliers provided these services, with a percentage break down of the value distribution.
7. A copy of your current estates / property plan / strategy (or similar) and the value of your estates/property budget for the next two years.
8. A list of the schemes currently in Planning, pre-planning and consultation.
9. Who is the Sanctuary Housing representative responsible for the procurement of professional services.

given the current Covid 19 crisis. We will endeavour to respond within 20
working days.

Further to my acknowledgement of your Freedom of Information request, I

Thank you for your request for information of 31 March 2020 which was
received on 31 March 2020, which has been processed under the terms of
the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Unfortunately, Sanctuary
Scotland Housing Association is only able to meet part of your request.
You submitted nine questions relating to property procurement services.
The questions are attached along with the responses relating to Sanctuary
Scotland which can be released to you.
The information in this respect relating to England will not be released
as we have determined that it does not fall within the scope of the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. This information relates to
the Sanctuary Group’s activities in England, and these activities are not
currently subject to freedom of information legislation. We are therefore
not legally required to provide this information to you.
Sanctuary is continually striving to be open and transparent and would
generally look to make available information about our work and services.
We assess on a case by case basis whether or not it would be reasonable to
provide the information requested, even though we are not legally obliged
to do so, and we have done so in this case. Unfortunately in this instance
we will not be providing you with the information you have requested in
relation to England.
