Dear [email address],

Thank you very much for your recent response. Would it be possible for you to add contract value, date and waiver reason to this? Apologies - I expected that this would come with the trusts tender waiver document but should have specified. I appreciate that this may constitute another FOI request.

Yours sincerely,

Ellis Sausman

Dear Customer,

I can confirm that the Trust does hold the information you have requested.

Thank you for your request for information, details of which are below:

Freedom of Information Request

Thank you very much for your recent response. Would it be possible for you
to add contract value, date and waiver reason to this? Apologies - I
expected that this would come with the trusts tender waiver document but
should have specified. I appreciate that this may constitute another FOI
request.

All of the information is not recorded on the Trust's Tender Allocation
Register; it would take a considerable amount of time on this FOI. It is
anticipated this would take about 31hours. The request would be above the
appropriate cost limit for the Trust to respond. Section 12 of the Act
makes provision for public authorities to refuse requests for information
where the cost of dealing with them would exceed the appropriate limit,
which for public authorities is set at £450. This represents the estimated
cost of one person spending 2.5 working days in determining whether the
department holds the information, locating, retrieving and extracting the
information. Please find attached the fees notice.

This completes the Trust’s response to your request.

As part of our on-going evaluation, we ask that you complete a
satisfaction survey found at the link below. This helps us to identify
areas of improvement and to highlight good practice to share with other
teams. [1]https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/L3HLQV3
